Koch Materials' products are tested and developed for high performance in a variety of applications including:

Asphalt Emulsions. Used for chip and sand seals, microsurfacing, slurry seals, warm and cold mixes, stabilization, tack coats, fog seals, primes, dust palliatives, crack fillers, patch mixes, hot-in-place and cold-in-place recycling, pavement sealers, and many other specialty products.

Paving Products for Hot Mix. Includes conventional asphalt cements, as well as products developed to meet newer specifications for polymer modified asphalts and Superpave performance grades.

Other High Performance Koch Products. Includes recreational surfacing, basement waterproofing, and industrial asphalt products for roofing and other industries.
