Transtec, Inc is a consulting firm specializing in design, analysis, and research in the transportation field, particularly pavements. They have developed the HIPERPAV software (from HIgh PERformance PAVing), a comprehensive concrete pavement design software that predicts the behavior of concrete pavements over the first 72 hours after placement.
